Board
The Stanley Clark School is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees that may range in size from 15 to 18 members. Trustees represent various professions and interests including local business and community leaders, current parents, alumni parents and alumni. Each board member serves a three-year term that may be renewed one time for a total of six years. Mrs. Ernie Raclin, President Emeritus, is a lifetime board member.
The Board of Trustees has six standing committees: Executive (officers and committee chairs), Advancement (donor stewardship and philanthropy), Committee on Trustees (nomination of new trustees, governance best practices), Finance (budgets and forecasting), Investment (endowment and other invested funds) and Operations (infrastructure including physical plant and information technologies). The Head of School and Board President are ex-officio members of all committees.
