Clark Clubs
Our after-school program, Clark Clubs, offers students a great opportunity to be creative, innovative, and have fun while perhaps trying something new! Families can count on small club sizes, unique offerings, and enriched learning.
These hour-long, multi-week clubs take place one day a week, with new club sessions launching all yearlong. From early childhood through middle school, students can try their hand at everything from yoga to painting, learning a new board game, writing, hot beads or even biking. Offerings change regularly but the interest levels remains constant.
Extended Day
Our Extended Day program provides a safe and caring environment for preschool through 8th grade students whose parents require child-care services beyond the traditional school day. It also provides a special time for children to socialize with students in all grade levels. Families may use the program on a regular monthly schedule or on a drop-in basis. A typical day includes a variety of the following:
- Time for relaxation and a snack
- Indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) activities
- Arts and crafts
- Games
- Homework help
- Multi-divisional enrichment programs
- Special projects and activities
Students have an opportunity to sign-up for additional enrichment activities while in Extended Day. Dance classes and piano lessons are available to students through outside partnerships that offer classes on Stanley Clark's campus.
Extended Day Study Hall
Extended Day offers study hall for students in grades 5-8. Middle school students will have the opportunity to work on homework, collaborate with peers on group projects, and receive homework help from SCS faculty.
